Working with Ralph is the easiest. We decided to take a last minute trip to Hawaii for the start of summer and he was able to get us the room we wanted when it wasn't available. This Summer, just before taking a last-minute trip, once-again we turned to Ralph to make the impossible a reality. Not only did Ralph work quickly to find us the perfect hotel room in the perfect hotel, he also managed to find a better price for our hotel stay than was advertised. While planning a recent trip to Vietnam, Ralph found us better flights, including round-trip business-class seats to and from Asia for almost the same price we would have paid for standard economy seats.
